YDIGLOBAL IS A BOLD, GLOBAL MOVEMENT THAT SEEKS TO CREATE A WORLD WHERE EVERY YOUNG PERSON FEELS PREPARED AND EXCITED TO EMBRACE ADULTHOOD, CREATING A PURPOSEFUL AND JOYFUL LIFE.
A report by UNICEF and the Education Commission found that approximately 3 in 4 youth lack the full range of skills required to thrive in school, work and life.
YDIGLOBAL was born to help bridge this gap through providing innovative resources that empower youth with the mindset, skills, and strategies to thrive in all aspects of life.

FOUNDER
MEET THE FOUNDER
ADJOA ASSAN
Meet Adjoa, an award-winning graduate with qualifications in Applied Leadership and Critical Thinking, International Studies, and Law.
​
From defending justice as a lawyer, to leading a transformative youth mentoring program impacting 600+ young people, Adjoa is committed to making a difference.
​
Adjoa’s heart for community is rooted in her heritage. She is the granddaughter of an Omankradow (chief’s councillor) from Ghana’s Central Region, who was a proactive member of his local community and nation.

In 2024, Adjoa founded YDIGLOBAL as a movement to help bridge this skills gap and empower youth with tools to thrive beyond the classroom in all aspects of their adult lives.
